La Carpineta is divided into three apartments. Two are on the top floor and one is at the bottom of the house. Each apartment has a kitchen and one bathroom. The kitchens have a refridgerator, a freezer, an oven, and a gas stove. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower, wc and bidet. Each one of the apartments offers its own charm.

- (1) In case a pet is brought: additional cleaning costs of 50 Euros will be charged for the entire stay
- (2) Heating costs are not included in the additions costs per week and are calculated from the meter reading: 1 liter of gas costs about 1.60 Euros (goes up and down like oil prices and can therefore differ!)
- Prices per week are in EURO
- Downpayment in case of a booking is 30% of the rental price. The rest is paid upon arrival.
- Deposit: 150 Euros per apartment, to be deposited at arrival
- Use of the washingmaschine: 5 Euro per use, detergent must be brought individually.
- Use of the dishwasher: 5 Euro per use, detergent must be brought individually.
- Sheets, bath- and dishtowels should either be brought or rented:
- Bedsheets: 6 Euros per person and per change
- Towels (bathtowel, normal and small handtowel) 4 Euros per person and per change
- IMPORTANT: because the laundry is supplied by a laundry service, we kindly ask you not to wash it on your own but to order it.
- Arrival Saturdays for check-in between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-out Saturdays until 10:00.
